Terms and Conditions for CFO Advisory and Accountancy LLC

Interpretation and Definitions
- Company (also “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to CFO Advisory and Accountancy LLC, Building 108, Street 303, Zone 69, Doha, State of Qatar (QFC-registered entity).
- Country refers to the State of Qatar and the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) jurisdiction.
- Service refers to the Website and any professional, advisory, outsourced accounting, CFO, automation, financial reporting, or subscription-based services offered by the Company.
- Subscription means ongoing access to Our digital and automation services (including CFOAI), billed periodically.
- Website refers to CFO Advisory and Accountancy LLC, accessible from www.cfoai.cpa.
- You means the individual accessing the Website or using the Service, or the business You represent.
2. Acknowledgment
These Terms govern Your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, You acknowledge and agree that You are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and Our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with any part of the Terms, You must stop using the Service.
3. Professional Services Provided
CFO Advisory and Accountancy LLC provides virtual CFO services, financial reporting, outsourced finance functions, automation and ERP integration services, and other strategic financial consulting. The specific scope of any Service is defined through proposals, engagement letters, or subscription agreements issued by the Company. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a signed engagement letter or subscription agreement, the engagement letter or subscription agreement will prevail for the relevant Services.
4. Subscriptions and Digital Platform Access
Certain Services, including CFOAI, may require a paid Subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless terminated. You may cancel at any time, but fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable unless required by law. You agree to provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to change Subscription fees with prior notice.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed through local gateways (e.g., Sadad), international cards, or Microsoft payment services. We do not store card details; all payment information is handled by secure third-party processors.
6. Obligations and User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for the provision of the Service.
- Ensure only authorized personnel use Your accounts and credentials.
- Maintain the confidentiality of passwords and access tokens.
- Notify Us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
- Not introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code, nor interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
- Not use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content, software, trademarks, training materials, dashboards, automations, and AI-driven outputs provided through the Service remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer Our content or technology without written permission. Client financial data remains the property of the client.
8. Feedback to the Company
If You provide feedback or suggestions (“Feedback”), You grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such Feedback internally to improve Our Services without any obligation to You.
9. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Service may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. We strongly recommend reviewing their policies.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service if You breach these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to make required payments, or if continued service would violate any law or regulation. Upon termination, all rights granted to You cease immediately.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari and QFC law, the Company’s total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by You during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if You have not made any payment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or issues arising from third-party platforms. You acknowledge that financial and accounting decisions based on insights from the Service remain Your sole responsibility.
12. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that reports will be free of inaccuracies, or that third-party services will perform without defects.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and, where applicable, the Qatar Financial Centre Regulations. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be escalated under QFC dispute resolution mechanisms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is determined to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. A failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms.
