We process Personal Data based on Your consent, contractual obligations, legal compliance requirements, and Our legitimate business interests. 

• The Company may use Personal Data to: Provide and maintain the Service; Perform contracts and engagements; Communicate updates and service-related information; Provide offers or general business information; Manage and respond to Your requests; Conduct analytics and improve Service performance; and Support business transfers such as mergers or acquisitions.

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.
